User (Seller) Agreement
- I am the owner of the livestock or poultry or pet animal and I wish to sell the livestock or poultry or pet animal through Findicus app.
- I am aware that no other person other than owner of the livestock or poultry or pet animal has the right to create a post for sale in Findicus app.
- I agree to upload clear and recent images with complete and true information of the livestock or poultry or pet animal which is for sale.
- I agree to quote a genuine and reasonable price for my livestock or poultry or pet animal which is for sale.
- I agree to properly respond to the enquiries made by the buyer through in-app chat/ phone call/ WhatsApp call/ direct visit.
- I agree to permit the buyer to visit in person or through video call to see the livestock or poultry or pet animal which is for sale before the buyer makes a purchase decision.
- I agree to inform to Findicus app after sealing the deal or selling the livestock or poultry or pet animal through Findicus app.
- I am completely aware that Findicus app is digital platform which connects sellers and buyers of livestock or poultry or pet animal. I as a seller shall use the Findicus app to list the livestock or poultry or pet animal which is for sale and the Findicus app will create visibility to the buyers. I completely agree and accept that Findicus app is not directly or indirectly responsible in any ways if any of the listed livestock or poultry or pet animal is unsold.
- I agree that it is the mutual responsibility of me and buyer to decide on mode of payment, terms of payment and to make proper arrangements to transport the livestock or poultry or pet animal after the sale.
- I agree to abide to all the rules and regulations of Indian government.
User (Buyer) Agreement
- I agree to crosscheck and verify the accuracy of price, size, breed, location, age, quality, weight and other details of the livestock or poultry or pet animal through in-app chat/ phone call/ WhatsApp call/ video call/ direct visit before making a purchase decision.
- I agree and accept that Findicus app is a digital platform which shares information about the livestock or poultry or pet animal for sale and the contact details of the respective owner.
- I agree that, it is the responsibility of the seller to permit us to visit the farm or livestock or poultry or pet animal which is for sale, before making a purchase decision.
- I agree that, it is the responsibility of the seller to properly respond to the enquiries made by me through in-app chat/ phone call/ WhatsApp call/ video call/ direct visit.
- I agree that it is the mutual responsibility of me and seller to decide on mode of payment, terms of payment and to make proper arrangements to transport the livestock or poultry or pet animal after the sale.
- I agree to abide to all the rules and regulations of Indian government.
